Iceland Luxury Tour does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, licensing status, or safety compliance of any listed provider. Travelers are responsible for confirming provider details — including licensing, pricing, availability, and safety plans — directly with the provider before booking or engaging any service.
4. Provider Listings
Providers listed on Iceland Luxury Tour may be submitted by the provider themselves or added by Iceland Luxury Tour for directory completeness. Iceland Luxury Tour reserves the right to remove, modify, or decline any listing at its sole discretion. Providers are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) submit false or misleading provider information; (b) scrape or harvest data without permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
